Want to Buy $mall amount of Vanilla Bean$

The distinctiveness of one's cooking is always based on the quality of  the ingredients the cook used. The high quality or low quality of the ingredients will always emerge at the end result of cooking, automatically categorized the dish on its own. The same would be applied to vanilla extract.
Recently, I'm keening to talk about vanilla beans & vanilla extract because around where I live, it's very hard and expensive to get pure vanilla extract. Moreover it is extracted with alcohol! Not only restricted by religion, I'm sure each and every mother out there would not want to add liquor in cakes n cupcakes and give it their children. How can it be a kid's menu, when its content is for the adult?
The decision is up to you, but if you want a healthier & economical extract that is really safe for you & your family. Do choose your own homemade. And if you want to buy the vanilla beans in small packet of 10 beans, look no further, I am here. Besides, it is much more satisfying than buying in small quantity with big amount of money.

Vanilla Extract

As I have entered into the world of baking, I'm always mesmerized with all the tools and ingredients found in the bakery supply store. Eager in exploring myself using the ingredients, i found myself becoming aware of the use of this one product, the imported vanilla essence in the store. It doesn't have a halal certification from it's origin. The one that's certified halal, is only a small tiny bottle sold in supermarket. and I have to buy that in large quantity which that large quantity is the imported not certified ones.
I did my own small research of searching the recipe in making own pure vanilla extract, (there are a lot of recipes and almost all using vodka which is alcohol which is also Haram for Me and fellow muslims), finally i came across this website that shares recipes among members and Alhamdulillah, I found the extract recipe with no alcohol. Now i can make vanilla extract in large quantities without worrying the ingredients in it. Yahoo!... Let me share you the extract recipe

My baby girl Ai$yah i$ turning 1 today!

Alhamdulillah, how time flies... I remember this time last year, on 08/09/2009 i was busy breaking fast at sri melaka amcorp mall suddenly mengidam their tom yam after 1 whole day busy handling my Mhaka Enterprise's MBPJ License. Mhaka Enterprise is mainly business catering for photography needs as my SRS Services is meant for catering food tender for the government.
I was conceived with Aisyah, though i felt the sudden pain of you know what, it was unbearably painful but somehow i have the strength to go on doing my business, because at that time I was thinking that 'it is a false alarm' as my gynecologist told me that my edd was supposed to be 1 month ahead which ideally in October 2009. Who knew that Aisyah really wanted to get out that early. I barely sleep at that night with all that pain, the pain is different from Azizi's time, it was an unbearable pain but i managed to bear it somehow maybe with my 1st born experience. Then 'this false alarm' become shorter gap every time the hour passed by. I became confused, simply because the pain is really opposite from Azizi's. The 1st person I called it wasn't my doctor, it was my mom. Then I asked her whether i can 'balik kampung' then she said, "I think it's time, you better go to the hospital." Well a year after, my baby girl has turned 1 year old, smiling, laughing, likes to bully her older brother very much, not much of a weeper when pushed by Azizi, a great imitator of her brother regardless she's a girl. Still I wish the best lucks and success for her and also My Azizi...

Anis, the magic finger teacher

In pursuing my untold desire, I asked anis hartini, the 'anis magic finger', whether I can join her baking and deco class this weekend. After much persuasion done to my hubby, the BM photographer a.k.a Kamarul Akhir, he finally agreed to babysit the children under my supervision (hahahha), for 5 hours.I don't want to say much because I have a lot of pictures that tells the story.

Azizi eating choco pie, hehehe azizi tak puasa....

When we started the class, Azizi keeps on pointing this and that on Anis' cookie jar, (ish ... budak ni .... tak tahu malu.... coverlah sikit......) not to mention he even tried to give some to his papa.

Me, mixing the frosting to get the colour.
